Four things we don't negotiate.

The data belongs to its owner

The user generates and carries their own record. The platform never gives a third party direct access. This is how we build with ethics.

We never hold custody

Money converts at the instant of payment. The house is commerce, not a money transmitter — and it never holds a balance it doesn't own.

Made in the USA

U.S. providers only, across the whole stack. The chip is designed here and will be fabricated here.

Conde de St. Germain Technology LLC is a founder-owned technology house in Fleming Island, Florida. We build for the people the big platforms overlook: the Dominican diaspora and the island it sends for, the farmer with a phone and no agronomist, the buyer who wants an agent that works for them and not for an advertiser.

Two arms grew out of that work. The first is infrastructure — the agentic chassis that runs DirectoPaRD today and will run every corridor after it. The second is hardware — a processor conceived for the places where computing has to endure: orbit, deep space, the harshest industry on Earth.

We don't ask for a seat at the table. We build the work and let the table come to us.
